Single Origin Notes
This delicious coffee - featuring "black forest cake" tasting notes of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and cherry - is purchased from a farmer group called AAPOSA in the Santiago Atitlan area.
Guatemala holds a special place in Jim's heart because of the work we have done at the school in Tzanchaj, just down the slopes from where our coffee is grown. With the help of our charity partner Child Aid, we have built and stocked a library, supported teacher training and a literacy program, and then brought that same programming to a neighboring school in Panabaj.
